🎨 Origin Story: Joy in the Messy Middle - A few years ago, my kids and I got messy! It was loud, chaotic, and full of unexpected color and joy! Something about that moment stuck with me, because it reminded me that magic doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from showing up, leaning into the mess, and finding joy. That’s the heart of VividJoy HR: Finding beauty in the messy middle. Creating something vibrant together. Leading with clarity, not fear. I’m Gina Lemon — founder of VividJoy HR, strategic HR consultant, leadership coach, and passionate advocate for an inclusive workplace culture. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across a wide range of industries, from Fortune 500 giants like Target and Ameriprise Financial to mission-driven organizations like Volunteers of America and small businesses that are scaling their first teams. I’ve helped companies:
